7x01 A call to arms
When Phoebe finds out that her ghostwriter is a guy she says "Do you even know a guy advice columist?" What about Spencer Ricks?
In the first scene in the kitchen when Piper comes in, she is wearing slippers of fur and a little while later when we see a full frontal of her, she is suddenly wearing flip flops.
The exterior of the newspaper office is now a totally different building then it was the previous season, even though Phoebe's office is the same interior set.

During the scene when the girls have to summon Lady Godiva again to fix the world, they look through the history book and find only a very brief mention. However, when they cast the spell, you get a glimpse of Lady Godiva's picture, when Phoebe had just said they couldn't find any picture at all.
Conveniently, Godiva speaks pretty much normal 21st century American English, despite having come from Conventry, England in 1040 or thereabouts.

Paige said the summoning spell like this: "Hear me now, hear my cry, spirit from the other side, cross now the great divide." but it's supposed to go like this: "Hear these words, hear this cry, spirit from the other side, come to me, I summon thee, cross now the great divide."
When Gram goes down, in the low shot you can see the ceiling and...it isn't. Rather then a ceiling, it's simply a billowing white sheet stretched over the set.

How did Agent Brody and Sheridan get to the Pirate's cave? Paige, Piper, and Phoebe only got there by sensing it with the coin and then orbing there.
Just before Piper freezes Inspector Sheridan, the Inspector says "Look, if you think that this is going to get me off ..." then is frozen. When she get unfrozen, she says "... get me off your tail." She repeats the same part over.
In the last part of Phoebe's "Mission Impossible" break in, she clearly steps on one of the lasers Wouldn't it have been simpler to just let Leo orb the Chalice to them?
How did Sheridan recover the blood from Piper's bedroom? Previously she just walked in and got knocked out right away, then woke up down on the couch. She never had a chance to get anything in Piper's room, but here that's where she said she got the blood sample from.
Old Paige's shoes change when the rest of her clothing doesn't. Originally Paige was wearing high-heeled pumps.
If the parrot was a ghost (as we see at the end when it dissolves with the pirates) and could only travel at night by fog, then how did it get to the manor in the daytime?
When we see the sleeping Leo at the end, the book on his chest appears/disappears/reappears in sequential shots.

When Paige grabs the ice-cream it still has the cover on and there's no sign of a spoon and Phoebe starts talking to her about personal gain. In the next frame, while Phoebe is finishing her sentence, we see a close-up on Paige and the cover is off and she has a spoon filled with ice-cream. There wasn't enough time (less than a second) for her to open the cover and pick up the spoon.
It's been shown in the past the Elders can listen in on conversations when they're not present, so is it really a good idea for the sisters to be discussing Leo's situation out loud in the kitchen?
Why would the Elders think Leo attacked the new Whitelighter - the guy was clawed (and presumably bitten). How would that possibly tie to Leo?
When the sisters are at the Magic School, the third Blue Moon rises over San Francisco outside. It's been established in numerous previous episodes that wherever the School is, it's in a difficult-to-reach place (possibly another plane of existence) and not in San Francisco.
In his original appearance, Avatar Alpha stated that the Avatars are beyond good and evil and that he had approached Cole specifically because Cole had become powerful enough to join their ranks. Leo is powerful, but not nearly as powerful as Cole; and the Avatars do not seem to be trying to recruit Leo so much as convince everyone (including Leo) that he has become evil. So the question becomes: what is so important about Leo that the (almost) all-powerful Avatars need him to change sides?

When Paige and Brody are cutting up herbs and plants for the potion right before the attack upstairs, they are still in the process of making the potion. But when they hear the crash and Paige orbs up she takes a finished bottle of potion. When would she have had time to cook and bottle the potion?
The burning building at the beginning is shown to be at the corner of Polk and Gough. These two streets exist in San Francisco, but they run parallel and do notmeet as shown here.
We see the body of the guy who got hit by the speeding truck and it's...well, intact. Someone hit that hard by a vehicle moving that fast would not be in any shape like what we see of the corpse here.
So why do they need a banishing potion for the celerity demon, if Piper can just blow it up with her power?

7x09 There's something about Leo
I know this isn't new, but how long have Wyatt and Chris had their own room? Wasn't there this whole big problem in the fifth season about Piper and Leo not having room for the baby and having to turn their closet into a nursery? No one has left the house, when did they "magically" add on an extra room?
While Piper is frozen, during Leo's talk with the Avatars first time round (just before he tells her he's an Avatar), Piper's hand position changes while the camera changes angels.
In the scene where Leo tells Piper he's an Avatar there is a continuance problem. You can clearly see Piper with here back to the camera, putting the Orange basket on the table and taking the beetle toe, but when you see here a second later from the front she is again putting the Orange basket down and taking the beetle toe.

The street Brody and Paige emerge in past NY is the same as in 7x08 "Charmed Confidential" just in color.
The newspaper that confirms the date is the "New York Monitor". However, for some strange reason, it features The New York Times's "All The News That's Fit To Print" motto on its upper-left-hand corner.
On the not-stopping cab, there is an ad for "Raiders of the Lost Ark". But this was released in June 1981 and it's extremely unlikely that there are still ads on a cab advertising that movie in December.
Why did Phoebe and Ronnie both freeze? Phoebe is still a good with even without her powers. If not, why did Ronnie freeze then? Wouldn't Phoebe's powers make him a good witch too?

When the avatars discuss the spell with Paige, she is sitting at the desk wearing a rather modestly zippered pink hoodie, but when the camera cuts back to her for a reaction to Alpha's speech, the hoodie's disappeared, and she's clad in the crimson camisole thing they're calling a blouse.
In this episode they act as if all and every demon lives in San Francisco.
When Piper's at the Book, explaining that if they alter the tracking spell they used to locate the Source, it should point them towards Zankou the writers have obviously forgotten that the actual tracking spell they used in 4x13 Charmed and Dangerous worked only because the Source had stolen their powers.
How could the demons know what's going on and that they have to blend in with the sleeping people in S.Francisco.?
Source: TWOP.com
Hasn't it been said in 4x16 The fifth Halliwheel that the girls' powers don't work well in the underworld? How can Piper almost single-handed vanquish all the demons there then?
The avatars have been introduced as all-powerful, allmighty beings. And then a simple potion can kill one of them? You can't even kill an upper-lefvel demon with just a potion (at least not without a piece of his flesh).
Unless the avatars performed a big trick while sending the world to sleep they killed thousands and thousands of innocents, didn't they? Or would you want to sit in a plane flying, landing or whatever while the crew falls asleep? And the tower as well? Or in a train? Or on an operation table while the surgeons snore in your blood? Or how about driving on a highway with lets say 180 kmh. Or can I tempt you to fall asleep on a crossing while in the distance a car is approaching? Or .. or .. or .. That the avatars didn't care much can be seen when this car gently bumps into another one.

Roget says that the deal was made 106 years ago. How could he meassure time when he was in a time loop?
When Roget shoots Drake he should be dead because if the fire can kill him as he claimed, so can the bullet that just plowed straight through his heart.
Drake talks about visting the 1890s, but he wasn't in the room to hear Phoebe when she explained about how they determined that Mike was possessed by someone from the 1890s, and she never told him once he came in.
Since the loop was supposed to dissolve when the person holding the other souls prisoner was no longer present, why doesn't the loop dissolve once Roget leaves?
Mike doesn't recover when Roget is freed, even though he should have been as soon as Roget took over Drake's body. Instead, he only recovers later when Roget is hauled away by the spirits.
At the end, even though the on-screen band consists of only a pianist and a trumpet player, the actual music we hear them play has a rather extensive strings section.

Clyde: "Finally got lucky for once, almost running over a doctor."
Why should he be lucky? Leo was the reason for the accident
Sandra: "Leo was not just someone, Piper. He was an Elder, by his own choice."
It was not Leo's choice to become or be an Elder.
Piper: "Well, maybe you should have thought of that before you decided to become the source of all things evil."
Cole did not decide it, he was possessed by evil.
Why did Odin bring Leo with him - he should have known that the girls will try to turn Leo so it was not really a smart move to expose Leo to them.
Phoebe says it's been 3 weeks she is with Drake. However in 7x14 Show gouls Drake said he has only two more weeks to live.

7x18 Little box of horrors
Piper and Phoebe both leave the manor with Hope and they don't even think about the fact that Wyatt and baby Chris are alone in the house. We already knew Leo and Paige were at Magic School - who was watching the children? Speculation is perhaps a magical nanny, but we see nor hear proof of this.
The computers and monitors in Hopes dorm room are not connected to anything. The one standing behind her as she is on the phone is not even a computer, just an untouched unused ATX case with all the original EM-shielding in place instead of any cards or connectors.
When Paige and the husband have to administer CPR to the guy who eletrocuted himself in the elevator, she tells him to push (compress) the guy's chest 5 times for every breath. This is in fact, infant or child CPR. Infant and young child CPR consists of 5 compressions for every 2 breaths, while adult CPR consists of 15 compressions for every two.
Towards the end we see a close-up of Kayta's foot in the underworld, walking on a stone floor, and the "stone" sinks in, obviously giving away that not real stone was used.
In the first ten minutes, Paige is sitting on the couch with on hand on her head. Phoebe gives her a coffee mug and she starts to drink it, still with one hand on her head, but then the shot changes and both hands are on the cup.

In 3x09 Coyote Piper, the Alchemist demon was able to bring the dead back to life, or at least make them animate again. So why did the Alchemist in this episode need Zankou to bring him to life again, if he already has the power to do so?
In 1x12 The Wendigo, Phoebe knew how to change a tire, and was about to tell Piper how to do it herself over the phone. So how come in this episode, she has no knowledge of how to change a tire, or what a tire-iron looks like?
Throughout the episode Leo is totally bummed because they have to cancel Chris' first birthday party in case the

Joanna does not know anything about magic or whitelighters so how likely is it that in a crisis she will just call Paige's name?
top
7x22 Something wicca this way goes
In previous episodes when Prue used astral projection, she was unable to use her powers to move things but in this episode, astral Paige was able to orb a book into Zankou's path.
The potion/spell to remove a witch's powers was ripped from the book in "How to Make a Quilt Out of Americans" and yet it is now back in the book for Zankou to use.
Zankou was unique, because he was the only demon able to sense the Charmed ones...so how come he could not sense that they was in the manor asleep on the couch?
In the basement, Phoebe is wearing heels, but when Zankou throws them into the debris, she can clearly be seeing wearing tennis shoes.
When Zankou blasted Sheriden with an energy ball that was seen by all the FBI, why didn't the Cleaners come and take care of it? The Cleaners are supposed to be neutral, so therefor wouldn't they take care of it, or do they only cover up good magic exposer.
Zankou can steal a witch's powers with the power-stripping spell...but Paige, being half-white-lighter, would be partially immune. She could have orbed herself out at the last second, at least.
In the end, after they all walk away - Who has the book? The sisters didn't have it on them. Leo didn't have it. Darryl didn't sneak it out of the house. Is it still in the attic up for grabs by anyone (feds included)?
Zankou realizes that the Charmed ones are only astrals of themselves then he waits so they will wake up downstaris, walk two floors up to the attic, get the book, flip through it, check outside of the window and see the feds suround them and only THEN does he teleport in - Why did he wait so long?
When the potion to strip a witch's power was used in season 2 it required that the victim swallow it, throwing it wasn't enough. The potion itself wasn't enough since they needed to read a spell. In fact, the spell to appears in this episode at the bottom of the page were the spell was written.
How can the feds (or whomever) really believe the sisters are dead? There were no bodies at the basement or anywhere else in the house. And it's unlikely their bodies were completely disintegrated since the basement seems relatively intact.
Isn't it a little odd that the sisters would simply send the trolls and the other magical creatures into the manor to get killed? Are their lives less valuable than the sister's?
In Season 4, episode "Bite Me" it's revealed that vampires are immune to witches magic, yet Piper was able to blow up vampire bats in this episode.
Source: TVTome.com
Since when is astral projection something that can be learnt? So far it was a given power.
Glamouring has been part of the whitelighter powers or it was demonic. How come the girls can now not only glamour with a finger snip but also change the appearance of others (e.g. Leo)?
When Phoebe finds out that her ghostwriter is a guy she says "Do you even know a guy advice columist?" What about Spencer Ricks?

Previously astral projection had been presented as something one is either born with or matures into, and it makes no sense that it is now a skill anyone with sufficient motivation can master.

7x15 Show Ghouls

7x16 The seven year witch

If the guardians control possession of the thing, how is mankind ever free to choose to open it again?

7x19 Freaky Phoebe
Sheridan wonders why P3 is "robbed" in the middle of the day, before it's opened.
Obviously she does not realize that a club as wildly popular as P3 will have thousands of dollars' worth of last night's receipts sitting in the back office prior to that day's bank run.
When Piper says "Demons never attack at P3!"
she must have blended out her memory of
Bianca in 6x10 Chriscrossed
Jeremy in 2x01 Witch trial
Devlin and co. in 4x09 Muse to my ears
who have all attacked in P3

Why have they never seen the entry for Vicus when searching the BoS for a demon who might turn Wyatt in season 6?
Source: TWOP.com
Why does Adult Wyatt seem to have an English accent when evil, but when good, he doesn't? This was also the
case in season 6's Cris Crossed.
Future Wyatt should not have been able to use his powers! We learned in 1x17 That 70's Episode that Prue, Piper, and Phoebe were not able to use magic because their past selves already existed in that time.

7x21 Death becomes them

Every time the camera focuses on Joanna (3 times) you see the same bald man pass her in the same direction

Throughout the episode Leo is totally bummed because they have to cancel Chris' first birthday party in case the
demon attacks, and Piper thinks they can't have one until next year. Why can't they wait until next week? Why
do they act like that one day is the only time they could ever have Chris' first birthday part?

Why was Inspector Davidson Phoebe's innocent. It was Prue who had to let him die in 3x16 Death Takes a Halliwell.
Why does Phoebe call for help instead of trying to help Tim?
In 1x20 Prue's life depended on Phoebe to give her CPR when needed so she must know what to do.
Paige tells Joanna to just call out for her if she needs help. That is a bit of a strange advice.
Joanna does not know anything about magic or whitelighters so how likely is it that in a crisis she will just call Paige's name?

Since when is astral projection something that can be learnt? So far it was a given power.
Glamouring has been part of the whitelighter powers or it was demonic. How come the girls can now not only glamour with a finger snip but also change the appearance of others (e.g. Leo)?
